PROMOTING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE THROUGH SPORT
"Health Week" was held at the university to better expose the students and the faculty to the benefits of a physical activity. Throughout the week a varieties of competitions and relay races have been organised. For the students residing on-campus it has becoming a good routine to engage themselves in daily morning exercises.
During the announced sports week, students and their mentors competed in such team sports as football and volleyball. Female participants markedly prevailed in chess, checkers and the athletics long jump. The winners in individual and group wrestling contests have been commended with the university memorabilia.
