Uvaysi's work is studied in Germany


“The monograph by Iqboloy Adizova, associate professor of Alisher Navo'i Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature was published by German "Lambert ACADEMIC PUBLISHING".”

The monograph is dedicated to the life and work of the famous Uzbek poetess Uvaysi, who lived in the late eighteenth century and the first half of the nineteenth century. The book was published in English under the title "THINKER POETESS OF THE EAST" 

The monograph solves a number of scientific problems related to Uzbek classical literature. Besides, the innovation at the heart of traditions and the problem of their interaction, the nature of the lyrical hero in Eastern classical literature, the relationship of artistic image and symbolism, history of the development of literary genres, and the role and function of classical rhyme, radiph, art have been studied in the monograph.These problems are interpreted on the basis of the works of the unique Uzbek classical poetess Jahonotin Uvaysi, who lived and worked in Fergana. The monograph is intended for scholars, researchers and philologists interested in Oriental and Uzbek literature, Kokand literary environment, classical poetics, genres, artistic image and symbolic relations.
