“ Exactly 4 years ago, Alisher Navo'i Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No-4797. In a short period, the university has made many noteworthy achievements. ”
The University has aimed to study unique features of Uzbek language and literature, its historical development, its current state and prospects; to strengthen the effectiveness of research in this area; to teach Uzbek language and literature in all spheres of education and to radically improve the quality of training highly qualified personnel in this field. And It is making rapid progress to carry out these tasks. This is evidenced by the following figures: Currently, the scientific potential of the university is 59.2%. Today, 5 foreign centers, 22 extra scientific curriculums, as well as the Society of Young Scientists have already been set up in our university. Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature has achieved great success at the international level. An international cooperation with 50 universities on different continents of the world and membership in 3 international associations have been established for 4 years. Besides, nowadays, 221 foreign students study at the university. Alisher Navoi said, " Everything except knowledge will go away one day" Today, the issue of increasing the scientific potential is being addressed at the level of state policy. In order to achieve this goal, first of all, it is necessary to radically reform the higher education system. The application of innovative technologies and international experience in higher education creates the basis for personnel to have great potential.. Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature is also a leader in this area and continues to train highly qualified specialists.
